I am married and we have 3 ROWDY, and beautiful kids. I really enjoy exercising and all the benefits that come with it. I struggle with eating sweets and I hope to one day have control over the SUGAR, not the sugar over me!

Hey, Sisleigh. Way to go with your dessert planning. Sounds like you are skipping most days, but intelligently planning a few days to sensibly eat dessert here and there. That is a great way to do it. The PB cookie does not sound bad at all.  Keep up the good work? Did you order any of the tea?

Hi Sisleigh. I got your message abour your goals. I think that is a great idea for you to get the tea. You should probably get two bags, one for you and Toby, and maybe Cyrus and Zion also. They would only need about 1 0z. per day. Kids also get candida. The good thing is you are in control and you can take sweets away from them. I made Preston take the tea one time. I try to limit his sweets but he still tries to find ways to eat them anyway.  A lot of times I will just tell him no and make him suffer, but it is for his own good. Just like God makes us suffer. We don't like it but we need it so much. It saves us from our selves. The tea will kill off all the yeast and help with the physical cravings for sugar. The hardest part will be getting over the emotional craving for sugar. That will have to be something you do with God's strength alone.

Anyway, sounds like you are working really hard as it is right now. You are doing well. I also skipped dessert again last night and the night before. I know it will be easier tonight. I am currently dirnking the tea again. I take it every two or three months. I know I have gotten rid of the candida and physical cravings for sugar, but sometimes I still want it out of the good feeling it brings while I am eating it. Although, sugar now gives me bad headaches. Once you detox, your body become allergic to it, and it makes you sick if you eat it. Oh, and when you detox all your energy will come back. Your low energy is from all the sugar build up. That is why my dad is awlays falling asleep and lethargic all the time. He has a very toxic body of sugar.  Just looking at him is enough to make you want to get off sugar.

Also, way to go with P90x. Way to finish one round. Now, go for it again, stronger and harder. Maybe for Toby's b-day in June, I will surprise him with P90X Plus. That one is great to do to take it up a notch. I mix and match it with the regular P90X. Okay, you are doing great! Keep up the good work!
