Shirley,

I would suggest that you contact a Tai Chi instructor in your area and ask if they can develop a routine specifically for you.  Perhaps you could film it and then you'd have your own customized workout.

My name is Mary.  I'm the moderator for the Wellsphere weight loss community.  Thanks for joining us.  I know the fight to lose weight and keep it off is a tough one.
