Diagnosed with Chiari in Aug '05 when my hubby was stationed overseas in Korea.  6 days after his return from Korea I had my decompression surgery.  Five years later, I am still suffering from nerve damage, dysequilibrium, migraines, central sleep apnea in addiition to Diastolic Dysfunction and DDD.  My hubby is back in Korea, my son is going to college in Oklahoma and I am spending the year traveling.
