My name is Savannah and I'm 24 and overweight. I'm trying to get in shape for myself, my daughter, and my husband. I never had a problem with my weight until I was about 16 years old and started working. I didn't have a lot of extra time in between work and school so I ate fast food a lot and worked out a lot less. I didn't start seeing the effects of my poor choices until I was about 18 years old.
