The Natropractica Herpes & HPV Self-Hypnosis CDs
Several months ago I commissioned hynotherapist Karen Miller to create a self-hypnosis programme based on my herpes and HPV protocols and my book “Making Peace with Herpes”, and be used in conjunction with my remedies for those who need remedies.
The physical symptoms of having herpes and hpv are the easiest to deal with, it’s the shame, guilt, anxiety and depression that often comes with having these diseases that is the more challenging aspect.
I had previously been encouraging my patients to do yoga and visualizations exercizes daily. This isn’t the easiest habit to get into if you are not used to slowing down in the morning and working on yourself before you start your busy day, but it’s crucial for the management of herpes and HPV and for your overall holistic health. I am offering the self-hynosis programme to my patients to make it easier for them to do their inner work.
