A friend of mine who is gay has complained about painful urination,and a colourless discharge from his penis,there are no odours whatsoever. Could this be a sign of kidney stones or could he have chlamydia? Prior to this he had a fever and was vomitting and stooling a lot.And when he got better,this started.

What could it be ? Help!

1000mg one time dose Azithromycin (http://www.your-onlinepharmacy.com/search.php?medication=azithromycin&find.x=0&find.y=0) would probably clear it up.... most likely Chlamydia if he's very sexually active at all as it affects nearly 1/3 of all sexually active people and 1/2 of all sexually active females.  More often than not it's symptomless.  Go get tested... if you don't have insurance and can't afford the diagnosis and drugs, educate yourself and make the best educated guess at a diagnosis that you can and order the drugs online.  Seriously, be abstinant while you're unsure and make good decisions for your health.
