i have blister looking thing on skin of dick?? what can that be??

its been about two weeks tht i last had sex it was justa one night stand and i used a condom but she gave me oral sex without a condom and now i noticed some redness around  shaft of penis and the blister looking thing on the top inside of skin in penis. someone plz give me advice im going crazy  not knowing wat it can be..
