bleeding and pain during urination

it has been at least 3 days now since ive been having this problem ever since i last had sexual intercourse without protection and also i took a morning after pilll...postinor2 i do not kno if that may have caused these changes but its really really painful to urinate and i only bleed during urination atfer that i am fine... what could be the problem ???????
