I'm just getting into the blogging thing and am now up to three of four blogs that I keep consistently as of March 4, 2010. I'm recently with wheat allergies and have switched to gluten free as a result.

"Your response was along the lines of what I'm trying to do. It can be so hard. I've recently tried to balance almond milk with soy milk because of the thyroid problem I have with all my allergies. And then I tried tofu (not an everyday food for me for sure) in the effort to reduce cheese in case it is a yeast thing (I do get a lot of thrush infections). I think antibiotics have ruined my gut and I wonder how long it can take to repair any damage that may have done?"
