I'm a 55 year old male runner in search of a sub-four hour martahon.  I run two marathons a year in addition to about 4 or 5 half martahons.  Much of my running is done in cold weather.  My record cold-weather run is ten miles in -52 degrees celcius (no, that isn't a typo).... Full Bio
