When you are the father of 2 young girls and the VPE of a start-up (Wellsphere), it can be a little challenging to stay active, but I do my best. I try to stay active by regularly doing the activities that I love: swimming, skating and tennis. Swimming is the best because, in addition to being one of the best work outs, it is also very relaxing. Eating healthy is a little easier for me. I do not like chocolates, cookies, muffins or cakes. Woohoo Sas! I need to start meditating..but I'm exercising right now. One thing at at time. Maybe we should do meditating pow-wows in the game room. :-D
