I sometimes have a hard time getting into an exercise program, mostly because I hate anything that feels like exercise! However, I love dance (I've done salsa and tap for several years each, and have done a bit of some other forms); I also enjoy walking. I'm a vegetarian but could make some healthier food choices (I'm a bit too fond of sweets)! My foremost health concerns are the chronic anxiety and clinical depression I'm dealing with.
