My approach is about eating real, whole, delicious food.
I have a nightstand towering with books about food, cooking, eating, health, happiness and motherhood. I have cooked hundreds of meals (big and small) for people I love. I have lost 40 pounds. I have been pregnant, birthed, and fed a baby. I have helped people learn to simplify their kitchens, cook more, lose weight, gain energy, beat food addictions, and make healthier choices for their families.
My blog, Two Blue Lemons, shares my favorite healthy recipes that are all simple and easy to prepare. I cook everything from green smoothies to raw carrot cake and butternut squash quesadillas. As a mother, I also share ideas on fun and healthy food for kids.
