I am free because I finally know what I have!  It's been 11 long years, but the Celiac Disease diagnosis has finally been made and, with the change in diet, I am finally starting to experience huge changes!!  11 years ago, I was also diagnosed with epilepsy and I believe if I made different choices, maybe it could be prevented with the right diet???  I don't know.  What I do know is that I am finally receiving answers to questions I figured I had to shelve...  I play hockey and have for the past 25 years.  I am Canadian and am from beautiful British Columbia.   I love, LOVE to cook and try new foods, which is, I've discovered, a really good thing when a person has Celiac Disease.  I also love to write.  I would LOVE to have a pen pal, so if anyone is interested, I would love to hear from you!
