You won’t see me around the blog world at all today. Today is my first day off in 8 days, and I plan on making the most of it. Getting sweaty with spinning, swimming 1/4 mile in the ocean for my lifeguard recert, and then hiking with Carrie!! I think this may be yet another highlight of my summer. So catch you all tomorrow!
I guess I should call this (almost) wordless WIAW . I’m not feeling particularly inspired to do a regular WIAW simply because 1) I eat the same thing for breakfast and lunch every day, 2) I don’t cook and 3) my dinners have been…less than stellar. I get home from the gym at night and play the “lets throw everything on a plate and call it a meal”. That’s actually really good for me these days because I’m mixing up dinners more than I ever have. Goodbye food rut. Instead I am going to show you my snack age as of late.
With that said, I’m going to leave you with a photo dump of all the snacks I’ve been eating lately. Thank you to my RD for once again inspiring me to branch out. Pumpkin seeds have made a world of difference in my workday. Not only am I satisfied after lunch, I can make it to dinner without wanting to chew somebody’s arm off.
pumpkin seeds. My new jam.
I forgot how much I love dry cereal.
my parents left these here last weekend. Sorry not sorry they’re gone.
sunflower seeds making a comeback for my special “trail mix” of cereal, chocolate chips, and seeds

pound cake. Enough said. My friends mom made it for me and I was salivating thinking about it. Sadly it didn’t last long…
new favorite dessert. S’MORES JELLO! I have yet to make roasted marshmallows this year so this is almost as good. Almost.
unpictured: GRAPES have made a comeback sans stomach pains! I’ve also continued to eat disgusting amounts of blueberries from the garden, strawberries, and apples. I love summer fruit.
