I am a running and I am currently training for a half marathon. I began having pain on the inside of left leg, thinking it was my tibia. (I had stress fractures up and down my tibia two years ago in the same leg). After it kept getting worse, I realized that it wasn't the bone, it had to be a muscle or tendon. I have massaged it, heated, iced, and it still isn't getting any better. Three weeks ago, is when I decided to stop running and do some biking. It was still irritated with the biking, so I thought it'd be best to give it complete rest for two weeks. It's been almost two weeks and I'm getting nervous and anxious to run. I'm not sure if it's a good idea, but I need some kind of input. and I did get new shoes recently also.
