I know this varies from person to person based on arch, the distance you plan on running, etc. However, I was wondering if there was on brand or typ of shoe that you find the best. I recently switched from Nike to Asics (they are being shipped right now) and I was just curious to what other runner's preferences were!
Brooks has always been good to my feet but I would of course encourage you to visit your local running store to get a proper fit. What I learn is that the brand of shoes became less important as you put more distance to your training. Believe me, you'll even love those ugly looking shoes once you find it as a perfect fit for you.
