This weekend I ran 4 miles on Saturday and Sunday. I was hoping for a longer run, but my knee has been hurting, so I wanted to take it easy. I will probably run another 4 miles two more times this week. Next sunday I will try for a long run. From now until June, I am just going to keep up with the regular running and cross training that I do. I will start my official marathon training then for the real challenge...to run FURTHER than a Half Marathon! Stay Tuned!
