*Race Reports (I love 'em how about you? ) Reading all the race reports last week sent me on a mission to find a 5k in the area this month and I got lucky and found one on next sat. the 24th the goal is to run in it under 30 mins. but until my report next weekend here are a few race reports to hold you over. :)
Katye is hosting a fundraiser "Finish Chelsea's Virtual Run" . All proceeds will go towards the Ulman Fund for Young Adults. I love this idea, I hope you will check it out. Amanda fromRuntoTheFinish has started a 3 Changes Challenges the short version is that it is a challenge to make 3 changes for/during a 30 Day Period. I was definitely up for a challenge so my 3 changes are: No Soda, take multivitamin daily and to include strength training at least 3 days a week for 30 days. I even printed out this nifty calendar to keep track of it all. Swaps
