This weeks workouts Monday: Step Class Tuesday: 6.1 miles (most miles I have ever finished at one time ) Wednesday: Sculpt and weight training (60 minute class)
Total Miles: week: 6.1 miles month:11.1 miles year: 11.1 miles
My thoughts: I would have liked get in at least one more running day but my scheduling got messed up, so the lesson learned this week is everytime I have the opportunity to workout I need to do it.
How'd I do this last Week
~Run at least 15 miles.: only managed to do 6 :( ~ attend two aerobics classes: done! ~No soda: I was good on this until this weekend sitting at a soccer field watching my oldest play for 8 hrs two days in a row trust me soda was necessary.
Goals for this Week:
~Run at least 15 miles: ~No chocolate or coffee: ~Restart the Kettleworx 6 week program
