I have continued to do the P90X workout. It has been hard making time, but I have been able to keep with it. I have also been able to get two runs in this week. Nothing big, just a 4 and 3, but combined that with the P90X going back to work I will take that as a good thing. I'm a little sore but I think the extra work is going to help with my flexibility and upper body strength. Just need to stick to it.
