Week 8 Down

That means 10 more to go. The past week was good -33 miles on the trails and 12.5kms (7.8 miles) on the reg for a total of 40.8 miles.

This week is more of the same:

Monday: Erg 5 kms minimum. Stretching and core.
Tuesday: 10 mile tempo run.
Wednesday: Erg 5 kms minimum. Stretching and core.
Thursday: 6 mile aerobic run
Friday: Rest
Saturday: 12 mile long
Sunday: 9 mile pace run
Totals: 37 miles running, 6.2 rowing
