Recap of week 3:
Did terrible drinking water back to Diet Dew
Eating was good beginning of week /bad at the end = zero weight loss /holding at -4 lbs.
Worked out 6 of 7 days for 5:30
Continuing to feel stronger.
Long run of 5 miles
Looking to week 4:
Toughen up on water and nutrition
Increase to at minimum 6 hours for week.
long run to 6 mile
Lose another 1 lb.
Waddling into a routine..........
