Tuesday run (4miles) and Thursday Fast walk little run (3miles, 45 mins)

I forgot to post Tuesday Run. 4 miles 48:49 Yes I actually ran outside. I could really feel the difference in my knees running on the road after running on a treadmill. Nice to be outside, but my performance sucked.

Wednesday was a rest day and my legs needed it after my first run in a long while. It felt good to actually run outside. I can feel fall in the air. Nice after all the heat this summer. What wasn't nice was the way it felt. I used to run this route nearly everyday and I could do it in 35 minutes, now I was doing it in 48 minutes! Well at least I didn't stop. Today I knew I had to Stick to it, but I didn't feel like going to the club. I'm fighting more of a mental battle at the moment than a physical one. I did go to the club but I didn't feel like running so I did a fast walk (4.0) with a 3% incline. I wanted to hit 3 miles in the 45 mins  so I had to run the last 1/2 mile. My legs feel better after doing it so I'm glad I did it. Need to figure out if I'm going to the club in the morning. I haven't been sleeping well so I might go at lunch to break up the day.

Not many miles or very fast, but still sticking to it.
