Treadmill, Legs, Butt, Abs And A Fracture Growth Plate

Friday the rain would not stop! It has been a very rainy summer and it has been sooo frustrating. I hate to run on a treadmill, but needed to get an hour of cardio in.
Yesterday I ran 20 minutes on the treadmill (10-minute warm-up/10-minute cool down) and did Obstacle Race Circuit . I will tell you I was one sweaty mess after that workout! I know the picture’s blurry, but I can not seem to take self portraits of myself like the rest of the world. (Maybe one day I will have abs)
