Training for the Burning River 100 Mile Endurance Run

Today seems to be as good of day as any to start training for the Burning River 100 Mile endurance run. While research has started and changes to normal weekly running plan has already been been made - today is the official start.
The basis will be run as often as possible at a slower speed.
A few other focus areas.
1) Fast walking uphill
2) Stairclimber at the Gym
3) Eating during training.
4) Increase trail running while the weather holds out.
