Tomorrow I start my 10K training. I know it sounds rather ridiculous to some, because I'm just training for a 10K and not a marathon, but we must keep in mind that I'm not exactly a runner. Ha. I want to become one, though. Anyway, I might need a little encouragement along the way. I've read some about running for the "non-runner," and have developed a program that will work me slowly at first and then build up later.
I think it has a lot to do with confidence and being a resilient person, and those are two things I plan on developing. :)
