An injury led to a torn meniscus with a bucket handle tear. The result was the removal of the meniscus. Many years later and after 4 surgeries, the knee is getting worse. Bone is rubbing on bone and now the question is how do I avoid total knee replacement. Also, how does one research and find the right doctor to provide further treatment?
I am 34 years old and want to resume sports without further destruction.
