Today's Eats...8/26

Breakfast:

1 whole wheat eggo waffle w/some Justin's peanut butter and banana, 1/4 c. egg beaters w/taco sauce.

And i added a green smoothie to add some fruits and veggies
(Orange juice, almond milk, frozen strawberries and spinach)

Lunch:
I didn't really feel like making anything so I just had some Roasted Red Bell Pepper Hummus, leftover Spinach and Artichoke Dip, pita chips and cucumber.

Midday Snack:
I decided to give this Boomi Bar a try I ate about half it was pretty good.


Dinner:
Baked Chicken, my take on red beans and rice (my red bean recipe without any of the meat products and brown rice) & broccoli. I had green tea with honey and lemon to drink.

Dessert:
Banana frozen yogurt, I blended in a few frozen strawberry and than topped it with some dark chocolate chips and almonds.
