Day one--Dash Diet For Weight Loss-- Phase 1

I KNOW I have said this before, but I SERIOUSLY am ready to get healthy and fit!!

I'm tired of feeling sluggish, heavy and tired all of the time. I'm tired of trying to figure out which clothing to wear to hide the excess pounds. I'm tired of not being able to run as well as I know I could without the extra baggage!

So---follow me on my journey to lose 30 pounds and get myself fit! 

Sometimes I use my age as an excuse for not getting in shape--after all, I will be 60 in February--how fit can a woman of my age be? Well, we are about to find out!

There are so many things that are beyond my control right now, but how and what I eat and whether or not I exercise are not on that list of things!!
