Throwback Thursday: Why I Abandoned My Paleo 30 Day Challenge...

Welcome to the latest edition of Throwback Thursday. This is a weekly post where I share either a grossly cute or a grossly embarrassing (see below) throwback picture and, more importantly, dive deep into the Running for Dummies archives to share a post you may have missed from the early days (i.e. six months ago) of this blog.

This week we are revisiting a post where I talked about my experience with a Paleo 30 day challenge and the reasons why I abandoned it after only 9 days. It was a decision which ultimately led me to a realization about personal choice for diet and exercise: To each his (or her) own. What works for some, may not be ideal for others. We all have to make the choices about what we put in our body based on our own experiences, lifestyle, desires, and goals. Deep down, we know what works best for us better than any popular diet plan, blogger, or diet guru.
