Three Things That Thrill me on Tuesday

1. I have no soreness from my 14 mile long run on Sunday! I wasn't sore yesterday and am still not sore today. Hips, quads, hammies, knees, calves, shins, ankles, feet all feel fine! I must be doing something right with my cool down, stretching and eating after long runs.

2. This post from The Studly Runner's blog. Sometimes we all need to hear it.

3. I am less than 2 weeks away from a week long vacation! During this vacation I will be
  • Attending my 10 year class reunion
  • Running 2 races - a 5 miler and a 5k
  • Celebrating the 4th of July in my hometown
  • Seeing one of our best friends that we haven't seen in over a year and meeting his 10 month old son for the first time
  • Going on a 5 day long camping/sightseeing excursion with my sister across the Upper Peninsula of Michigan (I am most excited for THIS!)

Yay for sister bonding time in the great outdoors!
