thigh nuscle recovery what is the best way?

I have a basketball match tommorow and i need it to recover by then.

The tigh muscle was  pulled on sunday morning and again tuesday at training.

Any ideas?

Your game is over, so my reply is after the fact. Be careful in training with a pulled muscle. You might make it worse. Use RICE on any new injury

 Rest (don't play ball for a week or two)

 Ice to help reduce swelling

 Compression to help reduce swelling

 Elevation raise the injured part to help the blood flow back to the heart
