This week, I’m back down to 13 miles of running, 1 yoga class and 2 swims. I am so excited for my swim lessons to finally start! I felt like I was back to flopping around in the pool today and it was disappointing after having such a good swim on Wednesday night .
I can’t believe I’m just about a month into my training for the spring races. If time keeps moving this quickly, it’s going to be March 4th before I know it. But not before I enjoy my day off from work tomorrow.
