The Nike+ really needs a split time feature (plus a few other things). It's good though - mainly to determine your overall distance. I'll probably write up a full review soon maybe for the Complete Running website.
Foot felt good today. Another really good run. We fell just short of 6 since Kristen has some bad cramping toward the end. You can see two dips in this graph where we walked a bit on hills at miles 2 and 4. Overall course gain was 450' with 11 minute mile pace.
