After a long day of work (yes on the holiday) I set out on a 2 hour adventure to....Trader Joe's, Stop & Shop, and Whole Foods. There are different foods at all of those places that I like. Most of my food comes from
TJ's and
WF, but my
roomie gets most stuff at S&S. I am going to make a fruit salad tonight after I get Mexican and see ECLIPSE with my girlfriends!!!
My Fruit Salad will include....

Strawberries - Watermelon
- Raspberries
- Blueberries
- Cantaloupe
- Pineapple
- Blackberries
- Honeydew
My favorite snacks from Trader Joe's include the fresh hot salsa and spinach dip. I got some Tortilla chips that are Gluten Free and Vegan so hopefully those are tasty!
I loaded up on arugula, lettuce, tomato's, red peppers, baby spinach, broccoli, carrots, and mushrooms, fingerling potato's for veggies!
At the Whole Foods deli I got 2 awesome salads. One had sweet peppers, artichokes, onions and few other ingredients to have with my brown rice and turkey kielbasa at lunch today.
Last night for dinner, I had a red quinoa ,dried blueberry, feta, almond, and onion salad. I wish I had bought more of it! It was delicious!
Meats, we got some nice grass fad beef, ground turkey, and chicken tenderloins. I definitely want to marinade them in sweet chili sauce and make a bean salad!
So that's the lowdown on my food for the week!
