Next weekend my dad and I have 2 races: A 15K (9.3 miles) on Saturday and a 5K through the Lincoln Tunnel on Sunday. I am excited to race again. Last year I did a few more races, but this year we are really trying to train well for a handful of races rather than race every weekend and use those races as speed work. I'll let you know how that goes ;)
