My little blog is growing up
As most of you know, I recently moved into a new apartment (which has been a wonderful change!) We’ve been arranging furniture, getting things set up, and buying some new kitchen stuff, but I still hope to do more decorating and updating (as the budget allows, of course!) CSN Stores has over 200 websites offering everything from a new Le Creuset cookware set, to a nice recliner, or even a bookcase headboard to help keep the bedroom organized. (I have a headboard like this in my old bedroom at my parent’s house – I loved it! Hopefully I’ll be able to use it again someday).

After a quick stariamaster/elliptical workout, I was craving pancakes like crazy! I was excited to use this:
Mixed 1/4 c. of the mix with 1/4 c. oats, couple splashes milk, an egg, and a little protein powder – it made a fluffy, delicious pancake.
Didn’t feel like syrup so I blended a large frozen banana with almond butter.
Holy creamy deliciousness! Tastes just like soft serve.
Having this as a pancake topping made breakfast seem like an ice creamsundae
For lunch I brought leftover veggie fried rice with tofu, and some other snacks.
Over the course of the work day, I finished this box of cereal. Stress eating at it’s finest! Is it normal to go through an entire box of cereal in 4 days? Nevermind, don’t answer that.
I’m going to try to be adventurous and try a new kind of meat tonight (eek! I tend to get grossed out by meat that isn’t chicken).
