Summer Summer Summer Time....

We are being lazy, lounging like lizards and waking when we feel like it, (which for me is still pretty early). :) I'm going to warn you now, my blogging will be sketchy...I don't like commitment, so I'm not one of those Mon, Wed, Fri bloggers, who posts no matter what. I'm hit and miss, especially in the summer when my kids are me or leave me people!

I'm doing great on my workouts...dieting...notsomuch! Not that I'm being horrible, but I honestly think my body's out of whack from all the yo-yoing. I don't recommend it. My metabolism pretty much hates me. Oh well, I'm not giving up. Here's a pic of the new workout gear I got on favorite place to shop.  I'll let you know what I think of it all once I try it out. Can't wait to run w/ a water belt , not to mention the Garmin that will help me track my distance/time more accurately. I've heard great things about Yoga Melt Down too. I figured since my favorite yoga instructor has disappeared at the gym, I'd give Jillian a try.

I've been going to some killer fitness classes, and following my running schedule from Runner's World Complete Guide to Women's Running . I'm seeing great results in my endurance.

Question:What's your favorite.must.have. running gear?
