On Sunday my left quad hurt during both of my runs. Yesterday and today both are just sore.
Yesterday I ran the 5 mile GU loop. I ran very easy. It is nice to see my easy pace be what my training pace a month ago. There have lots of runners in the park since the beginning of the year. It is fun to see the same runners everyday, we are forming a small community of lunch-time runners. We glide past each other and give a little wave or head nod.
I ditched my hat a few weeks ago. Now I have abandoned the gloves as well...this must mean spring is on its way. Today I ran a five loop in the old hood. My legs are tired and sore.
I need to track down last year's Top 16 so I can give a track preview.
