Some of my clients are looking for alternate cardio gym workouts but do not want to hit the trails for a run. Here is one of the workouts I came up with!
The warm-up took about 10 minutes, followed by 15 minutes per set of three rounds. I finished with about 5 minutes of cooling down and stretching.
SO grab your running shoes and cones; and head out to your local football or soccer field. Trust me this is a killer workout that will leave you breathless!
Do not forget to hydrate, it’s hot out there!
