I was going to get up early to do my 4 miler and some yoga-I was really CRAVING a yoga workout!…but I was still really drained from moving. My throat still hurts today. If I feel really gross tomorrow morning I might take the day off and sleep and drink lots of tea. I really don’t want to be sick for the big day!
I have a busy Monday full of meetings and then going to meet our landlord to go over the condition of the apartment. We are pretty happy with it! Only thing we want fixed is the kitchen walls. There are some cracks and we want it repainted because they said that all rooms would be re-done. The other slight disappointment is that we have stainless steel looking appliances not really stainless steel. BUT we are happy regardless because they are way better than any of our other appliances in our other apartments!
If I feel ok when we get back from the apartment stuff, I’ll go for my 4 mile run and do some serious stretching!
I plan on finally posting my bike purchase post this afternoon! So keep your eyes peeled!
Do you crave a certain workout?
I always look forward to stretching. I sometimes wish I had more time to do it because I don’t always get enough time in.

I usually get sick during taper for my races. I usually take a day off immediately because I want to get better and not risk getting worse!
