Seven on Sunday – My Fitness Goals

Welcome to this week’s edition of Seven on Sunday !

On my list of seven today, I will be sharing with you my fitness goals f0r 2012 (and beyond). This is by no means a complete list of goals, but these are the most prevalent in my mind right now.

Kara’s Fitness Goals

1) Complete a triathlon

2) Run the “most beautiful marathon in the world”, the Jungfrau Marathon in Switzerland (someday!!)

I'll take my plane ticket to Switzerland now, please.

3) Do a plank every. single. day. No excuses.

4) Complete the 100 push-up challenge

5) Complete 10 unassisted pull-ups

6) PR in the half-marathon

7) Focus on health and injury prevention; specifically, I want to continue to focus on stretching, cross training, and strength training. Include all aspects of a healthy lifestyle and well-rounded fitness regime to improve running and overall wellness
