Well I'm starting to get back into a running rhythm. It was chilling again, but I bundled up and went out and ran. I looked liked a dork because I really don't have any good running clothes. (Hint, hint Santa) I planned on running only 5 miles, but got into a since rhythm and decided to keep going for 6 miles. When I ran I need some good tunes. I have over 200 GB of music and used to spend a lot of time making playlists. This used to take a ton of time or just get stuck with the same playlist over and over again. The new iTunes now has the Genius feature. Its similar to www.Pandora.com if you have ever used that site. If you haven't I highly recommend it. You select a song or group and it creates a quick playlist based on that song or group. Today I felt a little country so I selected "Whisky Girl" by Toby Keith. Pressed a button a boom I had a 25 song playlist. It not perfect but you get a nice random playlist. Pushed it to my iPod and away I went. It was a little harder then yesterday, but I did it. I enjoyed the time to myself with guest in the house. Also I enjoyed getting back into the Rhythm of running on a regular basis. If I run tomorrow I will set a weekly record since hurting my back so that is a little victory to celebrate.
