Summary: Ah, joggling streak day 400 is just around the corner. Today’s workout was a nice quick jog around the 2-mile block. I just took it easy and enjoyed the brisk cold weather. Was happy with my speed. It seems I’ve completely recovered from the Philadelphia marathon. That’s good because in another 30 or so days I’ve got a 32 miler to do in Wisconsin. This cold weather training will help prepare me for that ultramarathon.
