The Runners’ Cook Book: Recipes From Some of the World’s Best Athletes. It’s a compilation of recipes and is a fund raiser to benefit the Jenny Crain "Make It Happen" Fund and the Ryan Shay Memorial Fund.

My steps to Leanness
- It’s all about what foods you keep around the house
- When trying to eat healthy, pretty soon the good stuff starts to taste good and I can walk away from the bad stuff.
- Size does matter: it’s all about portion size—and we won’t learn anything about healthy portion size in an American restaurant.
