Quads vs Pecs

I feel like this:
but it isn't my pecs.
I think my quads exploded tonight at cyclocross practice.
Robbie showed me this video and says it reminds him of me and my cousin in law, Tim, when we talk about training.
More yoga and stretching to follow.
