Post Easter dinner are you crazy?!? 11 Mile run (1:44 9:27 Pace)

I waited until after we finished our Easter meal before I did my long run. I gave my self 2 hours to let it settle, by 5:00 I had to go to get my run in before it got dark and I had time to pack before leaving again for another week on the road. When I first started my stomach was like are you really going to do this? It settled down after about 5 miles and then I actually started to feel better. I tired to push a little hard because I didn't want this just to be an easy Sunday, full stomach run. I feel pretty good at the moment, but my knees are a little sore so I will need to keep an eye on them.
