Okay so I lied. Well I had every intention of taking Tuesday and Wednesday off from running since I'm running tonight (Thursday) as well as Saturday and Sunday. I had a rough day yesterday and emotionally I just NEEDED to go on a run so I did. I was pretty tired but managed a decent pace (though not one of my best on that 2.75 mile loop). Everything is fine in the foot department though well over 50% of my weekly miles will happen between today through Sunday, so we'll see. There's a chance that I may hit 23 miles this week which is not a crazy increase from my 20 last week and I don't think would be too much of a push. 22.5 is my highest mileage week of the year so far. Once in January and once in May.
