Nutrition Nerd & Runner’s Plate: Holiday Gift Guide for Nutrition Conscious Runners

Happy December! You know what that means – time to squeeze in gift shopping between all your other responsibilities. We know holiday shopping can be stressful, so today Sarah of Runner’s Plate and Tanya, aka Nutrition Nerd, have teamed up to provide you all with the top 10 nutrition-related gifts for runners and other athletes.

1. Sports Nutrition Books. Give the gift of “Nutrition Nerd” for the bookshelf. These are some of our favorite sports nutrition resources. All gifts are written by experts in the field, are designed to be easy to read and understand, and provide practical applications for your training

2. Bondiband Wicking Sweatbands. You have probably seen the t-shirts with sayings like “Will Run for Beer/Ice Cream/Etc”, and while Bondiband certainly has their share of those sayings on their Wicking Headbands – they also have other creative, more nutrition focused ones as well.
